Assemble and Delivery
We want our customers to know exactly how long they will have to wait for their controller to be assembled. Please See build times & delivery below.
We distinguish between two key timeframes: Build Time and Delivery Time.
**Build Time** refers to the duration required for us to customize and test your controller. This specific timeframe is provided on each controller's product page.
**Delivery Time** starts after the dispatch date. this indicates the time it takes for your order to reach you once it has been dispatched
Pre Built Controller:
Guaranteed Dispatched within 2 to 6 working days on all pre built controllers. Each controller will provide the dispatch timeframe.
Build Time for PS5 & Xbox builder: Create your own
Standard: 7 to 14 working days. Express build times may be available on builder.
We will dispatch your controller as quick as possible.
Delivery Time:
dpd next working day anywhere in Ireland. €8.99 postage fee on checkout.
