Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@customcontrollersireland.com If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer pays return postage.

We accept returns for defective products, in the original storage bag with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement. We will contact you for confirmation and the refund will be credit back to you within 5 business days, once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions.

Please note: The customer has 14 days to ship the controller back once the refund has been accepted or defect has been reported.

A controller that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. 

Custom Controllers Ireland Warranty

Limited 1-Year Warranty
Custom Controllers Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a 1-year warranty period from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects for controllers sold to the original purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and contact Custom Controllers Ireland within the warranty period at info@customcontrollersireland.com. The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective controller or components, including issues related to Analog Drift, Stick Drift, within the first 3 months. While repairs and replacements are free of charge within the warranty period, shipping charges will apply. Please include a detailed description of the malfunction.

Warranty Coverage:
Our controller comes with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind. Enjoy hassle-free gaming with our warranty. Includes repair or replacement of mechanical back buttons, mouse click triggers, and mouse click face buttons. if your warranty claim is accepted but shows signs of abuse, additional charges may apply.

What Is Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear, blunt force or fall damage, liquid or fire damage, outer shell damage, charging, evidence of tampering  and connectivity issues are not covered under warranty. Contact our expert tech support for assistance.

Analog Drift / Stick Drift the first 3 months, the warranty extends to cover issues related to Analog Drift or Stick Drift. Don't hesitate to contact us for repair or replacement options after the warranty period ends.

Shipping Charges:
While repairs and replacements are free of charge within the warranty period, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs relating to the delivery of warranty claims to and from our facilities.

Return timeframe:
The customer has 14 days from the date the warranty claim is reported to ship the controller back to us.
